Return and Refund Policy

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are the wrong size, color, or for buyer's remorse.

Order Changes & Cancellations
All orders go into production as soon as they are placed. For this reason, we cannot accept cancellations, changes, or modifications once an order has been submitted. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Replacements & Refunds
We only offer replacements or refunds if your order arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error. If this happens, please contact us at info@nextchaptercreatives.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can help resolve it quickly.

If your refund is approved, we'll process it back to your original payment method, or send a replacement at no cost to you.  

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and provide the best solution.
